Bailey and Dalton Electrical was started by Peter Bailey and lan Dalton in 1990 and is located on the Sunshine Coast. Over the years we have provided exceptional electrical services to thousands of customers in the Southeast Queensland Region ranging from local councils, utility providers, large industrial manufacturers, body corporates to small local builders, families, and friends.

Alongside Jarrod Lee, the owner and director, we’re thrilled to share a bit about what makes our electrical company stand out. Bailey & Dalton isn’t just a name; it’s a legacy with over 30 years on the Sunshine Coast. Today, our young and enthusiastic team is taking this legacy to new heights.

At Bailey & Dalton Electrical, we offer a comprehensive, start-to-finish in-house electrical service. We’re not just any electrical company – we’re the backbone of essential services for the Sunshine Coast Council. With contracts covering maintenance, properties, and assets, we take pride in lighting up parks, libraries, stadiums, pools, and much more.

Our secret sauce? Skilled electricians who excel at testing, analyzing, and diagnosing faults in existing installations. Finding and retaining these talented individuals is crucial for us.

How do we do it?

I’m Jarrod Lee, and I’ve been on the small business rollercoaster since I bought Bailey & Dalton Electrical in 2021 from Peter Bailey and Ian Dalton. The foundation set by them still guides us. We don’t rely on advertising; our growth comes from repeat business and word-of-mouth recommendations. Trust, honesty, and transparency are the backbone of our business, allowing our team in the field the autonomy to make decisions.

Our experienced team, diverse in skills and backgrounds, is what makes us successful. We prioritise work-life balance, implementing a 4-day work week and focusing solely on the Sunshine Coast Region.
